FAQ
Do I need to wash my own hair?
To offer customers our most time-efficient and cost-effective service, we specialise in Dry Cuts. For this, however, we ask customers to wash their hair in advance where possible. All hair has character (and moves overnight, from the pillow for example!) and we want to cut yours in the right way, in the right places, to help it grow in a better way. For best results please help us by pre-washing before your visit–though we appreciate this is not always possible.
What is a Dry Cut?
We cut your hair, for any gender, without a wash or blow-dry. Our stylists take no shortcuts, we just cut cost and time to our service and focus only on delivering the best, efficient, expert haircuts. Where possible we ask customers to pre-wash their hair at home before your appointment.
How do I book?
Book your next Dry Cut appointment here online. Pay at salon. We take bookings up to 30 days in advance. Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your appointment to help us operate a smooth timetable.
To request Colour or Perm services, please enquire by email or DM for the quickest response. Please include any useful information such as your desired outcome, current/natural hair colour and length, etc.
We are yet able to take Colour and Perm bookings online at this time due to varying services and appointment durations.
Can I book a stylist of my choice?
Yes. Choose any available stylist, or a Master Cut with Ki. Our staff keep their timetables and availability as up-to-date as possible (illness and emergencies permitting).
Do you have other branches?
Our salon at Cambridge Heath remains open for Dry Cut too, accepting online bookings and walk-in appointments. Please visit hairvery.co.uk here.
